To enable one to continue to survive emotionally on Facebook, one need certain qualities. A friend of mine tell me to ‘get out of Facebook’.
Well, I have a specific needs to be on FB and at the same time maintaining myself on other platform too.
There are different group of friends and diversified circle of people in each platform. Some of them are more often elsewhere compared to Facebook.
Facebook is known about its ability to connect and reconnect many of us. In fact, it has become a culture in some organization to work on FB to complete their job. Some even hired a special team to manage and conduct marketing activities via FB.
Being observant need a high level of awareness as a leader. To enable to forecast certain things will need a specific observation skills. Be ready to know what to see and listen.
Little changes could lead to a bigger things.

Motivation need to come from within. It involves environment which relate to the system used in an organization.
Avoid being the source and centre of motivation for others. It is best to have the work, environment and system which enable to motivate people who are in it.

Delegation of tasks enable the people to experience new skills. The ability to explore and be responsible on decision made through related processes can make things better. It will definitely become the source of improvement.
When one start to think about business, many will start to find out what to sell.

Where can I get that suitable product to sell?

Then, when he starts selling, the cash management become the next big thing. The capital used for stock purchases and sales become mix-up and sometime untraceable. There are times when the amount of items sold not equivalent to the cash collected.
A children’s picture book can be used creatively at home and classroom learning. Most of the time, picture books will not become the attention of many parents and teachers especially when they found less words in the book.
Picture books meant for children to learn differently and away from an ordinary classroom learning.
Normally, picture books are the choices among many young parents for their preschool children. These books normally suitable to be used for children age 3+ up to 8 years old and depending on the level of language acquisition for these children.

Having what you wanted to say to others, need a level of courage for one to do it. Personal stories or simply an idea to be shared, it doesn’t matters.
The main point remains. It is about sending the ideas, values and message about life to reach out to others.
Reading a children’s picture book to our child, need us as adult to be aware of what is in the storyline. Even sometime, our children might be able to find it our first, it is an interesting experience to find out what our children think of about the story.
Our personal experience could sometime relate and our children’s own experienced might be able to be shared.
Giving ample opportunity for our children to speak out their opinion and their ideas on what they read from text and pictures, enable them to express themselves. It will be a new experience for some children to look at pictures and understanding the whole flow of the story.
